Managing Director and Investment Committee Chair

Frank is a Managing Director of McKee Capital Partners and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Frank is also President of The McKee Group and has been in the residential real estate and homebuilding market for over 40 years, working in nearly every aspect of the business including land acquisition, project design, township approvals and zoning entitlements, site improvements, and construction, sales and marketing of over 5,500 residential units. Frank began his real estate career in the 1970s as a superintendent for mid-rise apartment buildings. From there he went on to develop stick-built communities and become one of the country’s leading active adult housing developers. Frank founded A Storage Depot and developed several additional self storage facilities, senior apartments and manufactured housing communities. Frank has been the recipient of numerous local and national awards. Frank graduated from Duquesne University in 1973 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Kevin E. McLaughlin

Kevin E. McLaughlin

Managing Director

Kevin is a Managing Director of McKee Capital Partners and a member of the Investment Committee. Kevin is also Senior Vice President and General Counsel of The McKee Group. After working as outside counsel for over five years, Kevin joined McKee in 2005, overseeing land acquisition and development, legal affairs and strategic planning. His responsibilities include identifying, evaluating and acquiring real estate in the Target Market. Kevin’s previous experience includes practicing law with major law firms in both New York and Philadelphia; representing McKee and other builder-developers in connection with residential and commercial real estate acquisition, financing and development; representing lenders in loan transactions and the disposition of troubled assets; and representing issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private securities offerings. Kevin received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1981, a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law in 1991, and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 1978.

Joseph A. Santangelo

Joseph A. Santangelo

Managing Director

Joe is a Managing Director of McKee Capital Partners and a member of the Investment Committee. Joe serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of the New Homes Division for The McKee Group. Joe joined McKee in January 2007 and oversees all financial functions, including accounting services, taxes and financial reporting, as well as the human resources and information technology functions. Joe maintains all key banking relationships for McKee. From March 1987 to December 2006, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Orleans Homebuilders, a publicly traded company on the American Stock Exchange with revenues approaching $1 billion. During 1990 and 1991, he advised a major Philadelphia bank in connection with its distressed real estate portfolio. For the ten years prior to 1987, Joe worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers assisting clients with acquisitions and raising capital through debt and equity placements. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and a 1977 graduate of Drexel University.

Rick DiBella

Rick DiBella

Investment Committee Member

Rick is an outside consultant to McKee Capital Partners and will be a voting member of the Investment Committee. Rick has over 30 years of real estate and homebuilding experience and is a former executive at two premier homebuilders: Pulte Homes and Weyerhaeuser Real Estate. Rick’s most recent position at Pulte was East Region President, a division with revenue in excess of $5 billion at the time of his departure. Rick's responsibilities included the strategic direction, capital allocation and operational performance of 22 divisions on the east coast. Rick previously served as Northeast Area President, which focused on seven homebuilding markets from Washington, DC to Boston, where both annual closings and revenue increased 50% to 4,000 homes and $2 billion, respectively, during his tenure. Rick began his homebuilding career with Weyerhaeuser in Philadelphia, PA. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University and an MBA from Temple University.

Kathryn McKee Black

Vice President

Kate is a Vice President of McKee Capital Partners, focusing on land acquisition analysis and new investments. At The McKee Group, Kate supervises land acquisitions, business planning and development, including renewing and preparing letters of intent, offering memoranda, drafting and negotiating agreements of sale, and conducting in-depth due diligence studies and investigations. She is responsible for negotiating and reviewing loan and financing documents, assisting in the development of equity partnership funding alternatives and identifying new business opportunities. Kate began her law career as an Associate in the Chesterbrook office of Saul Ewing LLP where she specialized in real estate law. Kate is a 2001 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Pennsylvania State University. She received her law degree from the Villanova University School of Law.

Jennifer McKee Hannon

Vice President of Communications

Jennifer is a Vice President of McKee Capital Partners, focusing on investor relations and client development. At The McKee Group, Jennifer currently directs all aspects of corporate and auxiliary branding, public relations, internal communications, community and non-profit relations. Jennifer oversees the McKee Group’s websites, including design, content and optimization. Jennifer is a frequent judge of homebuilders’ awards both nationally and regionally; a national speaker on on-line marketing and networking to active adults; and recently, the recipient of Marketing Director of the Year from the regional Homebuilders’ Association. Jennifer graduated in 1998 from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Resources. She received a Master of Science in Communication and Management from Simmons College.

Mark McGonigal

Mark is a Vice President of McKee Capital Partners, focusing on identifying, negotiating and acquiring new properties. Mark’s responsibilities include preparing letters of intent, negotiating agreements of sale, conducting in depth due diligence and market analysis, and managing entitlements. Mark joined McKee with 20+ years of acquisition and management experience, including RTC and FDIC workouts. Mark previously spent 9 years with the publicly traded builder, Pulte Homes (NYSE:PHM), as Director of Land Acquisition, where he was responsible for acquiring properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. While at Pulte, Mark’s division went from gross sales revenue of $50 million and 150 home closings in 1998 to over $600 million and 1,500 closings in 2004. Mark has a strong established network of key land acquisition contacts in the Target Market. Mark is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Andrea L. Shook

Senior Associate

Andrea is a Senior Associate of McKee Capital Partners, focusing on land acquisition and development. Andrea is responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities, negotiating and preparing letters of intent and agreements of sale, performing due diligence and market analysis, entitlements management, and McKee’s proprietary pro forma financial modeling. Andrea joined McKee in 2007 with 10+ years of experience in land acquisition, entitlements management and management of capital requirements for real estate asset acquisitions and development projects. Her experience includes positions at two publicly traded homebuilders, Richmond American Homes (NYSE:MDC) and Toll Brothers (NYSE:TOL). At Richmond American Homes, Andrea was the liaison to the corporate Asset Management Committee for which her division obtained approval for over $120 million of land transactions in the geographic areas where McKee makes its investments. Andrea is a graduate of Drexel University with Bachelor of Sciences in Civil and Architectural Engineering and holds an MBA in Corporate Management from Villanova University.
